Smack! in the Face by Paul Gordon (online instructions)
Using only one easy/standard sleight, five Ace of Spades with blue backs are shown. They are mixed alternately face up and face down. Instantly (by magic) they all turn face up. As a kicker to beat all kickers, all the backs have changed to five different colors and styles and not a blue back in sight.
Video instructions. All special cards supplied. Can be done strolling or at tables.
