First Lecture by Real Magician RYOTA The first lecture will be given by RYOTA, a real magician who has impressed prominent figures and top entertainers from various fields, and who is also active in supervising magic for TV, concerts, and musicals. He calls his own magic “real magic,” and its mysteries are like watching CG effects in a movie right before your eyes. He will explain everything from how to adapt magic for TV to the nature of his work, which keeps him in demand throughout the year for magic supervision, based on his experience. This trick , originally devised for a TV show, reveals a procedure for swapping two signed cards! An impromptu magic trick requiring only a clip, pen, and a regular deck. Card Catch : A real magic trick where a magician catches only the selected cards with their bare hands from a deck shuffled and tossed by a spectator. Instructions for creating the special deck are also included. With just one of these decks, you can perform spectacular tricks on stage. Ticket Revival : A revised version of Ray Cosby’s “VIP Ticket.” While the original uses a party ticket, this version uses a Japanese train ticket. Like the original, the revival phenomenon occurs three times, but the handling, which makes it look more realistic, is explained in detail. Fossil Playing Cards : This is another real magic trick devised for a TV program. A chosen playing card travels back in time 10,000 years and reappears in the present day as a fossil—a miracle that transcends time and space. In particular, the method of tearing the index into a specific shape right in front of the audience is a must-see! This method, which is different from existing methods, can be applied to various magic tricks. JONIO, who represented Japan for three consecutive years at the 2nd World Lecture Conference and appeared on the globally renowned TV program ‘FOOL US’. JONIO, who was a huge hit last time, is back! Selected as Japan’s representative for three consecutive FISM competitions, he is a highly acclaimed performer. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, he has shifted his activities online and planned various events. He will share his thoughts on new business ventures and how to provide value to society through magic.
