A signed coin INSIDE of a signed card.

A spectator gives you any coin, signs it before the coin vanishes inside a box or the spectator's hand. Then you let a spectator choose a card, the card is signed and put in the middle of the deck. And that is it. You give the deck to your spectator and touch nothing. The coin vanishes and appears inside of the signed card.
