Look into my eyes by Jacob Pedersen

A spectator chooses between 6 cards with animals. They put the cards down. You turn around and after some reading, you are able to tell what they chose.
No camera or electroniscs involved.
You only need a little helper like Gyro Gearloose and it's very easy to do and deceptive.
