Grab Bag includes a grab bag of previously published items as well as a couple of new items. Methods vary from the over-complicated to the burdensome to the easy to the easy - as soon as you print a few props - to easy as soon as you learn the method. Included are the following:
WHAT IS PRECOGITIVE JEOPARDY?
Everybody's favorite game show with a few predictions. USA based effect. "Temporary Magic" as in there are limited uses and the method may expire at some point.
DIET WITCH CAN
A science experiment given a Witch Trial story line with a kicker magic ending.
MELTABLE MELT TABLE
An ending for Coin Thru Table that requires an insane amount of preparation and probably will be performed by very few people.
BUNCO BRANCHING MATRIX
A "carnival game" using invisible dice that ends with a prediction of the "randomly" arrived at prize
CAVEMAN CATALOG
A presentation for Magic Age Cards
555-HOLLYWOOD
A presentation for an effect that has similar roots to Magic Age Cards
HAUNTED HOUSE HALLOWEEN HORROR
A card effect utilizing 52 blank faced cards that now have different words written upon them. There are many directions this effect can take, but the main idea remains the same: One of the 52 cards is chosen by having a number named (in one version any number can be named, but in my preferred version any number between 1 and 22 - in the preferred version you can then repeat the effect with a different outcome). The card is then revealed by the magician.
CAVEMAN CATALOG PRESENTATIONS
A way to present "Caveman Catalog" with print your own props ideas.
"REAL" RECEIPTS
A way to frame the Magic Age Cards as receipts of what a volunteer chooses to buy on an imaginary shopping trip. Included is a way to use that information to divine what items they chose on their shopping trip by using the following item "GROCERY LIST ANAGRAM"
HOMAGE TO HUFFMAN
A more modern take on an effect/routine that was originally developed by Dan Huffman who cursed an answering machine; applied to cell phone voicemails.
A DIFFERENT KIND OF COWBOY
A coding system for a Two Person Act that uses your cell phone texts for the coding.
And a few other phone bits, which may become, or already may be, outdated.
